Program Termination

The BrandBird affiliate program is ending. New affiliate signups are closed.

  • Qualifying referrals made through 23 October 2026, inclusive, will earn commissions as usual. Affiliate links will stop tracking after 23 October 2026.
  • For customers referred on or before 23 October 2026, commissions will continue until the customer cancels their plan or 31 December 2026, whichever comes first.
  • Outstanding balances accrued for the October payout will be paid by 31 October 2026, including balances below the usual $50 minimum. Please send your invoice for this payout by 28 October 2026, using the billing details provided in your termination email.
  • Any remaining eligible commissions earned after the October payout will be paid in one final settlement by 31 January 2027, including balances below the usual $50 minimum.

This termination payout schedule replaces the standard monthly payment schedule and $50 minimum below. The October payout is not the final settlement of commissions that continue to accrue afterward.

General Terms

There are a few rules about our affiliate program you should know about. No “gotchas” here, just some terms to keep everyone happy.

• Before the termination payout schedule above, affiliate commissions were paid on the 1st of each month when the balance was greater than $50.

• Self-referrals are not allowed (i.e. signing up for BrandBird through your own affiliate link)

• Abuse, gaming, or attempting to mislead (i.e. posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites) will result in your account being permanently banned.

• In some cases, we can give credit to an affiliate even if the customer didn’t sign up through an affiliate link or coupon code. This applies only to qualifying referrals made through 23 October 2026. If you have a case like this, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

• No search engine ads (especially on branded terms or domain names), Facebook ads or other ads that would compete with our own marketing and cause potential confusion for customers. Before running any ads, please contact us for approval otherwise all referral commissions will be invalidated.

• No Facebook ads that link to our website or anything similar that would compete with our own paid marketing and drive up our costs and potentially cause confusion.

• No pretending to be acting on behalf of us (ie. as an employee).

• We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service for our affiliate program at any time.
